Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Course Bookings and Payments
- All course bookings must be made through our website or via our customer service team.
- All invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice being raised. For day delegates, payment in full is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the current rate.
Course Requirements
In order to carry out any of our courses, the client is required to provide access to a room large enough to accommodate all attendees with the ability to facilitate PowerPoint presentation.
Fire Extinguisher Use
Approximately 3-4 car parking spaces for the fire extinguisher demonstration (if applicable)
The fire extinguisher demonstration can only be conducted on open private land
This cannot be on the roadside, curb side, next to or be part of a public area.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Delegates in Attendance
If the number of delegates who attend the course exceeds the maximum number of delegates per session quoted, these additional delegates will be charged at £39.99 + VAT (up to a maximum of 2 more delegates than quoted). We may be unable to complete the course if there are more than 2 above the quoted numbers.
Certification
- Participants are required to attend the entire course to be eligible for certification.
- Certificates of attendance or completion will be issued to participants who meet the course requirements.
Health and Safety
- Participants must adhere to all health and safety instructions provided by our trainers.
- Any participant who behaves in a manner deemed unsafe or disruptive may be asked to leave the course without a refund.
Intellectual Property
- All course materials provided are the intellectual property of our company and are for personal use only.
- Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
- We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
- Our company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
- We do not guarantee that our website will be free from errors or interruptions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which our company is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
