Delivered by experienced and accredited trainers, this course provides delegates with the knowledge and confidence to identify, understand and support individuals who may be experiencing a mental health issue in the workplace.
Our training combines engaging classroom-based learning with practical discussions and real-life examples, helping you to recognise early warning signs, approach sensitive conversations appropriately, and offer the right level of support. This interactive approach ensures participants leave feeling confident, capable, and compassionate when dealing with mental health challenges.
