This course is designed to give staff a clear understanding of safe manual handling practices, reducing the risk of injury and promoting a safer, more efficient workplace. Whether employees are lifting boxes, using handling aids, or working at a desk for long periods, this course covers essential knowledge for everyone.
Delivered in a clear and engaging format, the training introduces core principles of manual handling, risk awareness, and techniques to reduce strain and avoid common injuries. It’s suitable for all industries and job roles.
By completing this course, your business will demonstrate its commitment to workplace safety and ensure staff are trained in accordance with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance.
Our trainers bring their own laptop, and a projector can be provided upon request.
